The First Ritual | *New Clients Only*
This introductory session is for those who haven’t experienced my work yet. It’s a chance to feel my energy and touch, and see if we’re aligned for your healing journey. In 75 minutes, we’ll move through the full body, releasing stored tension and inviting deep rest. Come unwind, reconnect, and discover if this is where your ritual begins.
Enhancements such as scalp massage, hot stones, aromatherapy, hot towels, and essential oils are always included to create a nurturing experience that promotes relaxation and emotional well-being.

The Restore + Release Ritual | Targeted Therapeutic Massage
Each session is thoughtfully tailored to your body’s needs, blending deep tissue and relaxation techniques to release muscle tension and calm the nervous system. Therapeutic work is intentional and focuses on the deeper layers of muscle, fascia, and connective tissue, while relaxation methods soothe the mind and support overall balance.
Enhancements such as cupping, gua sha, hot towels, and essential oils are included at no extra charge and may be incorporated to further ease discomfort, improve mobility, and leave you feeling restored.

The Energy Clearing Ritual | Reiki, Sound & Crystal Healing
A deeply restorative session that combines Reiki, sound healing, and crystal therapy to balance the chakras, clear the aura, and release stagnant energy. This ritual is especially supportive during times of transition—such as new moons, solar returns (birthdays), after a breakup, or anytime you’re ready for a fresh start. The Sacred Flow Ritual | Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a gentle, light-pressure technique that encourages the natural flow of lymph, helping the body move excess fluid, toxins, and waste back toward the heart. This treatment helps reduce swelling, supports immune function, and promotes overall balance. It is especially beneficial for post-operative care, easing inflammation and assisting the healing process.

The Fourth Trimester Ritual | Postpartum Massage
The Fourth Trimester Ritual is a 90 minute postpartum massage created to support Mom during the first three months after birth. It begins with 60 minutes of customized full body massage focused on nervous system regulation, muscular relief and lymphatic flow. This is followed by 15 minutes of face massage with facial cupping and gua sha, and 15 minutes of scalp massage. Newborns up to three months are welcome, allowing Mom to receive care while keeping baby close.

The Fire + Flow Ritual | Fire Cupping Massage
A 60 minute full body massage centered around traditional fire cupping. Flowing massage is woven throughout, with focused cupping along the back, backs of the legs, and chest when indicated. Using heat to create gentle suction, fire cupping offers decompressing pressure that may help ease muscular tension, support circulation, encourage movement through areas that feel stuck, and leave the body feeling more open, grounded, and at ease.
