Lucia Jurkowksi, LMT
Lucia, the creator of The Ritual Room (located in Ocala,FL), is a New York City native who began her journey into holistic healing in 2011. After addressing her own ailments through bodywork, herbs, and intention, she developed a passion for helping others achieve similar healing. Becoming a Reiki practitioner in 2012 opened the door to other forms of bodywork and led to her licensure as a Massage Therapist in 2016.
Over the years, Lucia has collaborated with chiropractors, acupuncturists, and other healers, gaining extensive knowledge in various therapeutic modalities such as cupping, gua-sha, trigger point therapy, prenatal, as well as holistic approaches like Reiki, sound healing, and chakra balancing.
Lucia’s approach to massage is intuitive and trauma-informed. She tailors each session to your body’s specific needs, focusing on regulating the nervous system before introducing deeper work. She provides a calm environment, emphasizing clear communication, respect for boundaries & autonomy and avoiding harm, ensuring your complete safety and comfort.
Recently, Lucia has developed a passion for TMJ work, recognizing its profound impact on the whole body. By addressing tension in the jaw and surrounding muscles, she helps alleviate symptoms such as headaches, earaches, and neck pain, promoting overall well-being.
In her spare time, Lucia enjoys caring for her houseplants, soaking in the sun, and reminding you to drink water.

Ritual has always been at the heart of Lucia’s journey. In 2021, she published a guided journal titled The Lucid Habits Ritual, which began as a personal journey of prioritizing wellness. By focusing on her habits in a authentic, compassionate way, she discovered that true transformation is not about rigid discipline—it’s about ritualizing your wellness.
That same philosophy now lives within her massage practice. Through holistic bodywork, Lucia weaves presence, grounding, and intention into every session, offering clients an opportunity to reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.
Coming from a family of dream workers, Lucia knew the name of her practice before it ever came to be—The Ritual Room appeared to her in a dream, affirming the sacred, restorative space she hoped to create.
